It is located near the Vardar River, in the northern part of the city. Scupi was an important city during the Roman period. Ruins of a theatre, basilicas, and other buildings have been discovered there. These archaeological remains show the rich history and culture of the ancient city. Today, Scupi is an important tourist and historical site. Ai ndodhet pran\u00eb lumit Vardar, n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn veriore t\u00eb qytetit. Scupi ishte nj\u00eb qytet i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm gjat\u00eb periudh\u00ebs romake. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vend jan\u00eb zbuluar rr\u00ebnoja t\u00eb nj\u00eb teatri, bazilikash dhe nd\u00ebrtesash t\u00eb tjera. Mbetjet arkeologjike tregojn\u00eb p\u00ebr historin\u00eb dhe kultur\u00ebn e lasht\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebtij qyteti.
